Our story
Hi, I’m Chris, founder of Marketing Enablement Labs.
I built this messaging sprint for creative agency owners who feel stuck doing work they don’t love, for clients they never meant to attract, with a backlog of projects that drain their energy.
This two-week sprint brings focus. We dig into what your best clients actually experience, use real data (not guesses) to figure out what makes you stand out, and reshape your messaging so it starts attracting the kind of work you want more of.
What surprises most people is that sometimes saying no to the wrong work is what unlocks more of the right work—and better margins too.
I started MEL because I spent years building things didn’t matter. Now, I help people do the opposite: clear, focused, high-impact work that makes their business better.

Do you provide design and development capabilities?
We do not, but we can connect you with recommended partners we've used before.
Do you provide consulting on related projects?
We do provide consulting at $150/hr. If we agree that it's a good fit for us to pursue together, we can work up an agreement.
Do you do messaging?
If we determine that your positioning or messaging is unclear, we can work on an agreement to improve it, of course measuring if it worked in the process.
Will you help us collect data on our customers?
If we determine that customer insights are necessary to continue improving, we can discuss and work on another agreement.
You have marketing in your name, but you talk about products.
We prefer to work on problems related to getting more customers or supporters, that acquisition effort we believe falls within marketing, but often that means that we measure product performance or sales performance.
